Socratis, do you see estimated operation time when deleting a snapshot? I'm using Dell Inspiron 17-5755 Laptop with AMD A8 Processor and RAM 12GB without external HDD. I can reproduce the problem on two VMs: with Windows 8.1 (32-bit) and Windows 10 1809 (64-bit) guests. Please note that both VMs were initially created several years ago with previous VirtualBox versions. Before upgrade to VB 6.0.6, I completely powered off all my VMs and restarted my Host OS.

We need to find a reproducible scenario. You have one which seems to be reproducible, I need to find something similar, as close as possible to what you have.
- How big are the changes that you delete? Is the "
{snapshot}.vdi" a few MB? Or multi-GB like an update from 1803 to 1809 for example?
- You said that the dialog starts at 99% with no estimate. I've seen the "no estimate" case, but that's to be expected sometimes. You need a couple of data points for the algorithm to come up with somethings that looks like it makes sense. If you don't get those data points before the snapshot deletion/merging happens, this is what you get.
Works fine here, can't reproduce. Are you using something unusual with your setup? Like an ext. HD for example?
