Mouse Cursor Corrupts when running Citrix Session in VirtualBox

Description
When I load a Citrix session in my VirtualBox, the mouse cursor in each of my Citrix sessions change to a "<<= =>>" (left right arrow).
I have to click outside the Citrix session to get it to "clean up".
Running Citrix sessions on a "normal" Windows 10 desktop (i.e. NOT inside VirtualBox) work fine.
Steps to reproduce:
Create a Windows 10 VirtualBox.
Download and install Citrix Receiver.
Login to a Citrix Session.
Inside the session, the mouse cursor changes to a "left arrow/right arrow". You have to click outside the Citrix session to "fix it".
