Old DHCP leases interfere with changed server configuration

In short, the lease file for a NAT net must be deleted by hand. Otherwise the DHCP server (with a different IP) hands out the old leases (wrong IPs).

It would really be nice if the DHCP server was clever enough to automatically toss leases that don't match its _current_ IP range settings anymore.
