3	3	I had this painful trouble of battery drain for a few weeks on my Mac Host (Mojave 10.14.2).
4	4	The CPU usage of VBoxHeadless on the mac host was 100% while the cpu usage of the guest was close to 0. I use this debian guest (launched through vagrant) only to compile code, so in idle it does nothing except a bit of ssh and nfs.
