Suggestion: ability to enable/disable 2nd Virtual Screen in Full-screen mode

Description
Tested on Windows host. If a 2nd Virtual Screen is present in the vm settings, it can only be enabled and disabled while the VM is running if the vm is not in Full-screen mode. This can be done from the "Virtual Screen 2" menu item in the "View" menu. Once Full-screen mode is active, the "Enable" menu item from this menu disappears and only "Use Host screen 1" etc are available.
To disable "Virtual Screen 2", you must now first exit Full-screen mode, uncheck the "Enable" menu item that is then present in windowed mode, and then re-enter Full-screen mode.
The suggestion is to show the "Enabled" menu-item for the Virtual Screen menu's also in Full-screen mode, so that exiting and re-entering Full-screen mode would no longer be necessary.
