errors with share folders

1.can not open excel files in the shared folders, the error message is ram or disk space not enought. 2.when i open a word file in the shared folders, it always open in readonly mode, i just wanna to edit it, :( 3.i shared a folder which space is 200M, but in the guest OS, the mapped net driver's space is the whole disk partition. 4.it is slowly to pop up the menu when i click right mouse button on the ms office files.
