Yes, very similar. Do you need traffic log? I have Zabbix and Grafana. Grafical metrics shows me, that data traffic on zabbix is not goes for 3-4 times (3-4 minutes everyone) before Internet connect is lost. Some kind of buffer overflow?

There's a nat network log file in ~/.config/VirtualBox/${NetworkName}.log
(or ~/.VirtualBox/...
), but it usually doesn't have anything interesting. We can make a special test build with quite a bit of extra logging enabled, but a day or two of verbose logging will be a lot. Can you try to narrow down what seems to trigger it, so that verbose logging can be used in a more focused scenario?

It is Post-server(Exchange), i do not see what's traffic goes. Letters. I have a lot of space 1-2Tb. Please, make this test build and i can take a log file, then delete garbage by hand.

test: restarted service virtualbox without restarting VMs. And it's worked! Do not need to restart VMs when Nat network lost internet connection.
