The phpvirtualbox project moved to GitHub and so the link to SourceForge on the front page of virtualbox.org is out of date.
This was advised and confirmed by the previous owner (Ian Moore) here: https://sourceforge.net/p/phpvirtualbox/discussion/general/thread/f54d7487/
