No machine can be started on MacMini 10.12.6 host

Description
Hi, i wrote in the forum and they told me to open a bug.
I bought a macmini with 10.13 preinstalled and installed 10.12.6. Virtualbox installer is running without errors, and i can add machines. As soon as i start a machine (xp, mac, ubuntu, any....) it write an error and guru meditation.
