initial v1 1 1 I uploaded my WAV files and the complete recording from the host as an MP3. Here the one for [https://openload.co/f/MWw4G6KLPU8/win7_All_test_WAVs.zip Win7] and here for [https://openload.co/f/VeHG9egmzeA/win10_All_test_WAVs.zip Win10]. 2 3 A little more testing shows, that this crackling behavior is definitely usage dependent: in case of 64 KB/s stream playback it comes once in a while, it repeats now every 4 or 6 minutes. If you play some good quality MP3 or YouTube video in VM, the distortion is present nearly constantly, it’s never go away.
