Wrong core count on THREADRIPPER system

Description

On Fedora F26 host system Virtualbox only see 6 physical and 12 virtual cpu'es on a system with Threadripper 1920x (12 physical and 24 virtual cpu's)

testet on 5.1.28 and 5.2.0 rc1 118201

Same problem under win10....CORRECTION.....Shows 12 physical and 24 virt cores under WIN 10

Under host Linux F28(rawhide) with kernel 4.14 and vbxo 5.1.28 no problem...shows 12/24 cores

I will close this bug.

In Virtualbox 6.0.8 host Fedora F30 kernel 5.0.16 core count is correct
