8	8	But after that, I'm more suspicious about the SoundFlower extension, since this is a semi-abandoned project (last commit in 2014), certainly way before the OSX 10.12.6 that you're using. SoundFlower creates a virtual audio device. Coupled with the fact that you've seen this while playing videos, the odds are high that this is the culprit.
