Problem showing a bsod (blue screen) in the guest machine

Reported by: Sizy458 Owned by:

When i have a bsod (blue screen) in the guest machine Windows 10, then i don't view the bsod. I can not know what is written in the BSOD. I think this problem comes from the driver graphics Virtualbox.

This is not a bug. This is a matter of:

  1. configuring your Windows guest (you could  search for it) or
  2. forcing that behavior in VirtualBox by reading ch. 12.3.5 in the User Manual.

May I suggest something? It's usually better and faster, if issues like this one (configuration, question) get first addressed in the  VirtualBox forums. More than 95% of the issues are resolved over there, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of. For example, yours is NOT a bug and someone from the developers has to deal with it and close it as "Invalid".
