The OS X host link here is broken (a 404):
It appears this:
http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/5.0.40/VirtualBox-5.0.40-114633-OSX.dmg
Should be changed to this:
http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/5.0.40/VirtualBox-5.0.40-115130-OSX.dmg
