NAT not working since 5.1.24

Hello,
Since I updated to 5.1.24 I cannot ping or access the guest from the Host. I can ping the Host from the Guest but that's all I can do. My NAT settings didn't change before the update and reverting to an older version NAT was working again.
I currently reverted to 5.0.40 and will most likely avoid future releases.

This is strange given that there was exactly one, comment-only change in NAT code between 5.1.22 and 5.1.24 and there are no other reports of NAT being broken.
Since you don't appear to be interested in resolving this, I will not bother your with requesting more details about the problem and other such nonsense.
