@DenisFR
You most certainly do not have the same problem. Your problem is that you cannot install 10.12.4. Did you read the OP's problem? Nothing to do with yours, mainly because 10.12.4 (which you're trying to install) came after even the latest 5.1.18. And you do not get your screen locked asking for a password.
I'm trying to install 10.12.4 without success. Upgrading from an existing 10.12.3 works, just not installing a fresh 10.12.4. See the related thread in the forums: https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=82509 unless you are the same person (GrgDev).
I'm going to be trying a couple of things and if it doesn't work, I'll open a related ticket. I'll post it here so you get the notification...

Replying to myself here:

Ticket created: #16644: "Installation of clean OSX 10.12.4 fails".
@DenisFR, please subscribe to that bug if you'd like to receive updates about its status.

Hi, I have this error type... with macOS 10.12.3 and was I solved.
In my case the error message occurs because I selected wrong Virtual Guest Model, I selected GENERIC Virtual macOS Guest Model.
