Your VM cannot use VT-x. As you are on Windows I guess that you need to disable Hyper-V in order to run a VirtualBox guest with VT-x enabled.

@frank : I might be wrong, but I don't think it's due to Hyper-V "stealing" Vt-x. From the log:

00:00:01.792869 HM: HMR3Init: Falling back to raw-mode: VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes

@inndius: I believe (just as the log suggests) that VT-x is not enabled in the BIOS, but please go thoroughly through the FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.

May I also suggest something else? It's usually better and faster, if problems like this one (configuration, question) get first addressed in the forums (https://forums.virtualbox.org/). More than 95% of the issues are resolved over there, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of. For example, yours is most probably not a bug and someone from the developers has to deal with it and close it as "Invalid".

So, next time, if you can, please open a new thread in an appropriate section of the forums.

Raw mode is not supported anymore with recent VirtualBox releases.
