Problem with graphic interface

Hi,
I have since last week a problem with my VM. When I launched it, the graphic interface doesn't seems to start. A teammate helped me, we look in log files to see if we got an error message. It seems that gnome have a problem but we only got this message "CRITICAL: We failed, but the fail whale is dead. Sorry....". I try to pass to version 5.1.12 but I still got issues.. I don't know if it is a recurrent problem or if I've told you enough to see where it comes from. Tell me if you need any extra information. Thanks.

As far as I understood you are able to start the guest but the guest graphic interface doesn't come up, is that correct? We need at least a VBox.log file. Also, which guest operating system are you running and which version?

In the "Create New Ticket" page, there were clear instructions on what the developers might need. Please re-read the instructions, especially the part that says "Attach a (full) log file". But read the whole thing. It might help you in the future, such as filling the correct host, guest, version and the other fields that you left as is...
