Description
Booting a Knoppix 7.7 live DVD ISO. The only thing going on in it was gparted 1+ hour (and 82+ GiB) into copying a partition on a USB external disk, behind a screen saver. I switched to the VM window by clicking in it. The screen saver stopped, and I immediately got the critical error notice.
VirtualBox version 5.1.10 Host OS: macOS 10.12.1
