Guest Addition cannot be installed due to disk error

Description
I installed VB 5.1.10 for Mac OS X on my macbook running Yosemite (10.10), and installed Windows 7. Then I tried to install Guest Addition by inserting the VB disk image I used to install VB 5.1.10. But I get the following error message (copied directly from VB): == Failed to open the disk image file /Users/etsuko/Desktop/SEA-PHAGES/VirtualBox-5.1.10-112026-OSX.dmg. Could not open the medium '/Users/etsuko/Desktop/SEA-PHAGES/VirtualBox-5.1.10-112026-OSX.dmg'. VD: error VERR_VD_DMG_INVALID_HEADER opening image file '/Users/etsuko/Desktop/SEA-PHAGES/VirtualBox-5.1.10-112026-OSX.dmg' (VERR_VD_DMG_INVALID_HEADER). I tried to download the image several times on different location but this error still happened and I cannot install Guest Addition. Is there any problem with this disk image?

Thanks socratis for pointing out.
May I suggest something? It's usually better and faster, if problems like this one (configuration) get first addressed in the forums (https://forums.virtualbox.org/). More than 95% of the issues are resolved over there, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of.
This is not a bug. Please read the instructions in the User Manual on how to install the Guest Additions.
