The network doesn't work with the following combination. This drivers are used by redhat virtualization so I believe they work fine just not with virtual box paravirtualized network (NAT).

Virtualbox 5.1.10
Host Windows 10 
Paravirtualized network (NAT)
NetKVM drivers newer than virtio-0.117
Guest Windows 2012 R2
