affected Guest OS': 

- Win7pro with current guest additions installed, all MS updated installed
- Win8.1pro with current guest additions installed.

Problem:
When I restore a full-screen guest OS window, it is not shown in fullscreen but I do see a top panel from my host os. Guest OS is displayed with an offset.

Note: I did not have this problem with VirtualBox 5.0.x ",defect,closed,other,VirtualBox 5.1.8,duplicate,,,Windows,Linux
