macOS 10.12.1 beta guest's WindowServer keeps on crashing on OS X 10.10.5 host

The WindowServer of a macOS 10.12.1 beta guest keeps on crashing like this:

I am always bounced back to the login screen after such a crash. See attached crash log and VBox.log files

Closing as obsolete because there was no activity for over 3 years. Additionally this was with a macOS beta which could explain the crash.
