    1 I can confirm that downgrading from 5.1.x to 5.0.32 is a viable workaround for me.
    2 VMWare ESXi installer 6.5.0 runs fine.
     1I can confirm that after downgrading from 5.1.x to 5.0.32 I did not see the VERR_IEM_INSTR_NOT_IMPLEMENTED error any more.
