can't start virtual machin with bridged network

Description
Hi,
during installing the VM used NAT network and that was working fine lateron I needed to change the network type to "bridget network" and now the VM does not start anymore with the following errorcode:
Host OS is Windows 2012 Foundation with latest Windows Updates Guest OS is Debian Linux 8 64 bit
Für die virtuelle Maschine mail konnte keine neue Sitzung eröffnet werden.
Failed to open/create the internal network 'HostInterfaceNetworking-Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet' (VERR_INTNET_FLT_IF_NOT_FOUND).
Fehlercode:E_FAIL (0x80004005)

Hi,
I have a similar problem with VBox v5.0.24 too.
Host : Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bits
Guest : Windows XP Pro SP3 32-bits
