Guest OS cannot see Host in Bridged Mode — at Initial Version

Description
I have Windows 10 as a host system and Centos 6 as a guest system. I am connectin to internet by wireless The issue is that bridged network adaptare does not allow automatic ip configuration. So I have setup static ip to connect and the rare thing is tha the guest system (centos) can get access to internet, can ping the gateway but cannot ping the host system, but the host system can ping the guest system.
The vm networ configurantion is to use pCnet-Fast III as adapter.
