Cannot build vboxfs_s10 due to missing sources

Description
Building the Solaris Additions fails when vboxfs_s10 is enabled using
VBOX_OSE=. This happens because src/VBox/Additions/solaris/SharedFolders/Makefile.kmk targets a non-existing folder:
vboxfs_s10_INCS := solaris10/
As per /opt/VirtualBoxAdditions/LICENSE, this binary should be available under the GNU GPLv2, which requires the source code to be made available upon request.
