Please try again with VBox 4.3.34 or better with VBox 5.0.12.

Replying to frank: Kali people said it will totally break the Operating system (my kali installation) and i should stick to their own package

Sorry, if you stick to their package then there is no chance to fix your problem. Any fix which could be relevant to your problem is part of a later 4.3.x or 5.0.x version. For testing it should be possible if you uninstall 4.3.28 and install the generic Linux package of VBox 4.3.34 or 5.0.12. These packages should work on any not-to-ancient Linux distribution.

Also, you are using version 4.3.20 of the Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack. You should update this package to the version of VirtualBox.
