I have researched the issue I am having with Mouse Disappearing in the new release of Virtual Box, yet I'm not having any luck following the steps provided. I'm using a Mac, and when I boot up Virtual Box, my mouse image freezes; however, I'm still able to navigate the screen with an invisible mouse. I just have to figure out where it is each time. I'm prompted to run an update in the devices menu, but cannot get to the devices menu as the mouse disappears altogether on the mac and remains frozen in the Virtual box. I've tried disconnecting my mouse, and all of the other suggestions in the forums but have no success.
