This happens to me in Windows guests, though I don't think that matters as it never got to a POST screen. Switching to ICH AC97 fixes the issue. These VMs worked without issue before upgrading to 5.0."	defect	closed	audio	VirtualBox 5.0.8	fixed			Windows	Linux
