I noticed that when starting Virtualbox it loads slowly, taking around 5-10 seconds before it appears on the desktop. Once it loads the entire desktop flickers.

I'm running the compton composite manager and the last safe version I could use without the slow loading and flicker was 5.0.2

Has something changed in virtualbox that is creating a problem when running a composite manager like compton?",defect,new,other,VirtualBox 5.0.6,,,,all,other
