I've been looking about a solution because this seems like a ""known issue"" but when I try the steps: 
 * Open a standard command line (Run > cmd)
 * Run: {{{cd C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox}}}
 * Run: {{{VBoxSVC /ReRegServer}}}
 * Run: {{{regsvr32 VBoxC.dll}}}

When I try to do the VBoxSVC /ReRegServer I get the following error:

The system cannot find the file C:\Program Files\Oracle\!VirtualBox\VBoxSVC.exe

but the file exists in that location but nothing happends, I don't know why.

I'm using  the last build form Windows 10 but I have no problems with the versions at this level until now and there have been no new build since the last month, so I don't think it's a OS problem",defect,closed,other,VirtualBox 5.0.6,fixed,,,all,Windows
