14649	Guru Meditation after Win8.1 Pro wake-up	abrodziak		"After waking up Windows 8.1 Pro in the morning I'm getting Guru Meditation popup window. Looking in logs it shows `Guru Meditation -3743 (VERR_SUPDRV_TSC_DELTA_MEASUREMENT_FAILED)` error (logs attached).

The problem happened every time on wakeup on VBox 5.0.0, but since fixing #14370 in 5.0.4 situation got better. Still I've got the error under those conditions:
* guest Xubuntu 14.04 kernel got updated (3.13.0-65-generic after update)
* I haven't restarted guest to apply kernel update
* Guru Meditation popup on Windows 8.1 Pro host after wake-up from whole-night sleep
* an error of ''VBoxClient not updated'' error notification after re-boot of guest

My host PC has AMD FP 4100 Quad Core processor 3.60 GHz, that's why I guess it's related to ticket #14370
