Guru Meditation after Win8.1 Pro wake-up

Description
After waking up Windows 8.1 Pro in the morning I'm getting Guru Meditation popup window. Looking in logs it shows Guru Meditation -3743 (VERR_SUPDRV_TSC_DELTA_MEASUREMENT_FAILED) error (logs attached).
The problem happened every time on wakeup on VBox 5.0.0, but since fixing #14370 in 5.0.4 situation got better. Still I've got the error under those conditions:
- guest Xubuntu 14.04 kernel got updated (3.13.0-65-generic after update)
- I haven't restarted guest to apply kernel update
- Guru Meditation popup on Windows 8.1 Pro host after wake-up from whole-night sleep
- an error of VBoxClient not updated error notification after re-boot of guest
My host PC has AMD FP 4100 Quad Core processor 3.60 GHz, that's why I guess it's related to ticket #14370
Such error haven't been present in VirtualBox 4.3 series (tested 4.3.30 and 4.3.18).
