virtualbox5 guest (centos6, bridged network) and host windows10 can't ping each other

Recently I upgrade windows 8 to windows 10 and virtualbox 4 to virtualbox 5. I have a centos6 guest on virtualbox used bridged network and It worked fine previously(host and guest could ping each other). Then after the upgrades there is a strange problem. My windows host and centos guest cat't ping each other(Anyway, the centos could ping the gateway and access the internet normally). But if I use another pc, I can ping this centos6 guset, and reversely it is ok.

The vm workstation 12 doesn't have this problem
