Crash on Startup (Host: Win 10, build 10532), Access Violation — at Initial Version

Description
When starting the virtualbox machine manager or any vm's, the application silently fails. Tested on version 5.0.2 and 5.0.3.
This error renders virtualbox unusable. The error did not occur on an earlier build of Win 10 -- unfortunately, I'm not sure what the previous build # was.
