Description
After upgrade to Virtualbox 5.0.2, Windows 8.1 guest working previously hangs early during boot. Log reports critical error in AIOMgr.
Configuration details: Host: Fedora 22 (up to date), Gnome Guest: Windows 8.1 Storage: raw hard disks presented as C: and D: in guest Log file: attached vmdk configuration: attached vbox configuration details: attached
Logs of working boot sequence on 5.0.0 are available

You are using raw disk devices, there was a regression in 5.0.2 causing read/write accesses to fail. Please try the latest testbuild from https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Testbuilds which should fix the issue. Will be fixed in the next maintenance release.
