OS: Vista x64 (Host) OS: Slackware 12.0 (Guest)
Support for slackware seems to be missing again in:
vboxadd.sh vboxadd-timesync.sh vboxaddvfs.sh
and what about some love for us with 2560 x 1600 screen res? VirtualBox-1.5.6_OSE/src/VBox/Additions/linux/xgraphics/vboxvideo_*.c
Also to add support for shared clipboard use: /etc/skel/.xinitrc <-- may need to create

I submitted a fix for vboxadd-timesync.sh, which is already in svn. I do not see a need for a fix for the other scripts. From my point of view the main issue is resolved. The others are probably worth their own ticket.

Could you please detail what exactly goes wrong? (You could even suggest a fix if you are in the mood :) )
With XFree86/X.org 7.0/7.1 (and IIRC X.org server 1.3 as well in VirtualBox 1.5.6) you can add new modes to xorg.conf/xfree86.conf. It is enough to reference a mode as e.g. "1280x1024" - you do not have to write modelines manually. VirtualBox 1.6 will provide dynamic display resizing (drag the window with the mouse in the host) for X.org server 1.3 and 1.4.
This should be fixed in a different way for VirtualBox 1.6.
