v5 v6 24 24 }}} 25 25 26 I didn't try something else, but a windows opened (see below) with the message "Creating process for virtual machine "FW732_1a (OPC Serv. Simulator)" (GUI/Qt) … (1/2)"with 0% progress. The only button is a (X) just right to the progress information. When pressed, the text below the progress bar changes to "Canceling…", but nothing happens then.26 I didn't try something else, but when I did not continue with the error above, a windows opens (see below) with the message "Creating process for virtual machine "FW732_1a (OPC Serv.
