Environment
Virtualbox 4.3.26r98988 running on Ubuntu 14.10 with the Ubuntu mainline build of 3.19.3-031903 kernel. Machine is a Thinkpad T450 with a Intel Core i7-5600U processor.
(Also have Intel(R) Graphics Installer for Linux* 1.0.8 and Version 25.16.12.0 of the iwlwifi firmware for the 7265 WiFi card)

How to reproduce
- Enable the "Intel Virtualization Technology" option in the BIOS under Security -> Virtualization.
- Attempt to boot any VirtualBox VM.
Observed behaviour
Entire host machine freezes almost immediately.
Expected behaviour
Guest to boot successfully, host to not freeze.

This is SMAP and a duplicate of #13961. Please apply the latest patch (diff_smap_4) from there to your kernel drivers, recompile them and the problem should be fixed.
