14004,Glitchy Mouse,joejoesam1,,A few days back I got some Windows 3.1 Floppy Disks from my friend so I decided to use them to make a Windows 3.1 Virtual Machine. When I finished the installation for Windows 3.1 the Virtual Machine restarted. When it restarted I        pressed on the view then when I moved the mouse the pointer was slow and glitchy.
