I have installed Virtualbox version 4.3.26

The initial install of XP and Windows 7 both took a very long time, freexzing up the host and the guest, despite being able to still move the mouse.

It seems that when attempt to do the smallest bit of processing, for example opening the windows explorer, it freezes everything, for about 20 seconds and then works again, but as soon as I try to do something again it freezes. It is completely unusable.

If I can get some help with this I would really appreciate it, as I am at the end of myself trying to get it to work!
