VirtualBox 4.3.22 crashes Xorg user session

Virtualbox is able to run Linux guests, but not Windows guests. Every time when I try boot windows guest or change settings on any guest, crash whole X system.

When I install package I can see this:

My system is:

The same problem occuring, whe I try devel version VirtualBox-4.3.23-98569-Linux_amd64

Ooops, not only 4.3.20, but 4.3.22 ... I copied bad line from xterm :(

Please attach a VBox.log file of such a VM session. Any idea if the same happens with VBox 4.3.20?

Solved: problem was in NVIDIA drivers NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-304.116

I tested on the same HW, in pure installation of Debian 7.8 and Virtualbox 4.3.20, 4.3.22 and 4.3.23 and all was OK. This directed me to try newest drivers from NVIDIA.

When I installed NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-304.125 version, all versions of Virtualbox (4.3.20, 4.3.22 and 4.3.23) are ok.
