Virtualbox 4.3.22 unable to PXE boot with bridged adapter

Description
Hello all!
PXE (LAN) booting new VMs, with a bridged adapter, instantantly proceedes with "FATAL: Could not read from the boot medium! System halted" message. There appears to be no probing for IP address.
This only affects Windows hosts. Virtualbox 4.3.22 boots fine on both MAC and Linux hosts.
