Missing file icons in Windows XP

Description
I think I've discovered what the source of the problem. Since VirtualBox-4.3.12, the VBoxRes.dll library is 64-bit and Windows XP can not extract containing icons.

Thanks for this finding! The next 4.3.x maintenance release will contain a fix. In the meantime, our test builds page contains a Windows package which contains the fix.

The fix is part of the VBox 4.3.24 release.
