Description
I am running VirtualBox-4.3.21-97294 on Windows 7 64bit. The guest operating system is RHEL 6.3 64bit, but I see the problem on other guests as well.
When I am in Linux console, using PS/2 mouse and mouse integration disabled, mouse is "captured" (indicated in status bar as captured), I am still able to move with my host mouse out of the window easily. I checked the VirtualBox sources and it looks like the bug is somewhere in UIMouseHandler.cpp. Either the QCursor::setPos is not called or does not work (I do not have anything to test this).

I have found out that the problem is caused by running Kaspersky Antivirus. When I shut-down the program (do "Exit" - not only disable the protection), the mouse is correctly handled - the mouse does not go out of the window when the mouse integration is disabled.
I reported this to Kaspersky Antivirus support as report INC000004003050 (lets see what they tell me). I think that this ticket could be closed.

I had a change to try Kaspersky Antivirus version 15.0.2.361 and the problem is really gone. VirtualBox does not have problem with mouse capture any more.

I cannot do it myself - this ticked can be closed (works for me, not problem of VirtualBox).
