initial v1 2 2 3 3 Switching back to VBoxVGA solved the problem for now, but it would be nice if a workaround could be implemented for VBoxSVGA so I could use my graphics potential a bit better in the VM. 4 5 -- Update -- 6 I think I was a bit too quick claiming that it works with VBoxVGA, there is a lot less flickering than with VBoxSVGA, but it is still there even with the environment variable set in my zsh config.
