Also, I tend to use vboxheadless and connect to the guest using remote control so am not sure if this happens when running thee guest directly from the application.

The system will often crash when left overnight or sometimes when using google chrome on the guest OS and performing quick page updates. 

A second problem is that the shift key often sticks on and this cannot be rectified.  I have seen this in the past and pressing the shift key quickly a few times will sometimes release the state, but since 4.3.18 it has happened a few times and nothing I do will release the state. Even using the OSK.exe will not fix it.
