Windows 7 Guest crashing when loading from "saved state"

Description
Each time I'm trying to restart my windows 7 guest from a saved state, it crashes with the follofing error:
Result Code: NS_ERROR_CALL_FAILED (0x800706BE) Component: ProgressProxy Interface: IProgress {c20238e4-3221-4d3f-8891-81ce92d9f913}
However, I can start it normally after...
Here is some more infos that could help:
$ cat /etc/redhat-release Fedora release 18 (Spherical Cow)

No response, closing. Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release and you provided the requested information.
Reproducible with VBox 4.3.20? If so, please attach the VBox.log file from the such an attempt to start the guest.
