And now i found specific source of problem - hdd load on host.
if need additional information, a can add it.

Version with this problem is 4.2.18, not 4.2.26. Ok, i make screenshot in next event.

It looks like the fix for #6649 wasn't backported to VirtualBox 4.2.x
When you get that red screen, press the host key (defaults to CTRL) and the Q key, then close the "Close VM" dialog. Now you should see a BSOD. Take a screenshot of that.
